At Radar DDB, a lot of what we do is hard work – in the trenches of social media, listening, reacting, seeding and creating. With all this hard work and man hours being put into monitoring, it’s heartening to see that Canadians, more than most nations, are appreciative of our clients taking the time to listen to what they have to say.
According to a survey by Fleishman-Hillard (my former employer) and Harris Interactive – 68% are glad brands are listening and responding to the issue at hand. 35% feel as if it was all for show if there was no action being taken. 7% would feel as if their privacy was being violated.
