What Facebook Fans Want

As reported in March, fans/followers of brands on Facebook are more likely to buy from that brand and, per the below, the primary reason people become fans of brands is…to receive discounts and promotions.

Social media shouldn’t be exclusively online. one must integrate it into all facets of business in order to achieve, or be in the best position to achieve, the network effect.  I’m a fan!
