Pepper (of course!)
How do you like your pepper? Do you like it cracked or do you like it powdered?
I prefer coarse, cracked pepper. Every piece is different. Every piece stands out. Cracked pepper really makes the plate “pop”. Makes it stand out
You never know how much is going to be in each mouthful. You never know how each mouthful is going to taste.
Powdered pepper tastes manufactured, fake. It disappears into the background. It dissolves. You can easily put too much on your plate and end up ruining the meal.
