Here are some really thought provoking tweets I’ve favourited:
From my friend and former colleague, Leo Rayman
"Belief is more powerful than proof". (Profoundness from a drunk mate this weekend. And so true).—

From will.i.am – as savvy a social media marketer as any other celeb. Our CEO told a great story about him walking in to Cannes and selling a program to a leading brand with some impressive research he had done himself.
Will.i.am on communities ' I like the word marketing but you can market so much that you destroy communities' #canneslions—

From Avinash Kaushik (retweeted more than 100 times) on who should “own” social media.
If your PR department is responsible for your social media efforts than God save you. People want conversations, not shouting.—

Love the first quote
The third, however, I completely disagree with. PR is part of communication, while shouting is a typical marketing tool. Social networks are communication platforms, thus tools for the communication (&PR) dept.
